Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm riding the 100 mile Tour of Gladiators to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK, who are a small charity that are desperately trying to raise vital funds in order to help prevent over 16,000 people dying from this awful disease every year in the UK.

Also, my great friend Allan Rogers recently lost his battle with Bowel Cancer, due to his GP not picking up the symptoms despite 15 visits over 2 years.  BCUK are campaigning to better educate GP's and improve screening techniques but get no government funding.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you to everyone who has sponsored me, it means so much. I could never have done this without you and without people like you, willing to be generous and support good causes, we would never find a cure for diseases like this. Thanks again, Lorenzo
